Becoming Thin… And Staying That Way

Welcome! My name is Shannon, and this is my story of becoming thin.

I had Laparoscopic RNY Gastric Bypass surgery with Dr. Voravit Wongsa at Cypress Fairbanks Hospital in Houston, Texas on July 31st, 2001.

I hope to help others who are battling morbid obesity by providing information related to my personal struggle… and how I came to the decision of choosing weight loss surgery.
